Hello there. Hope you are doing good. You have not mentioned from which source your fees had to refunded back to your account. There are certain terms and conditions on the basis of which the refund process is initiated. If you fulfill all the terms and conditions and still your fees is not refunded, you can contact the administration authority and let them know your concern. Else, you can also let me know the examination name or any other source so that I can help you better.
