My first name is changed to last name in 10th marks card and in aadhar card it's opposite. There's no change in any alphabet, it's just the order. Will NTA accept it or reject it?

In some boards they use different way of writing the student's name, in some first name is written at first followed by the surname while in the other the surname might be written first followed by the name. Both the forms are correct and will not cause any problems to you in future. Just make sure that the spelling is correct in both aadhar card and 10th class marksheet otherwise that might cause a problem.
