Based on the cutoff of 2018 , you have less chances to get in government college of Rajasthan.
But the cutoff may vary depending on various factors like difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
But you have chances in ALL INDIA QUOTA of some other state's government college,like colleges of Chattisgarh etc.
