My friend did his schooling 11-12 from delhi but he is from Ladakh. So if he wants to take part in 85% delhi quota what document are require

Hello Sahla,
I want to firstly correct your question as 85% quota is still exists in the manifesto of Aam Adami Party and it is not in use right now but if want to get that quota the parents of the students must have the local address proof that they are living in delhi and are a proper residents of Delhi.
