my friend from TN gov.school got 85000 rank among gov schoolstudents(only gov school students).will he get any mbbs seat in TN?

It would had been better if you had mentioned the category of your friend, since the cutoffs are different for different categories based upon various factors which keep on changing. Now based upon the rank that you have mentioned there are chances for state quota seats in private colleges in Tamil Nadu. Also there are chances for management quota seats. There are hardly any chances for government college seats.
