Hello dear,
The reservation percentage is different for each category. If you mentioned your friend's category, it would have been easier to predict but anyway 1790 is a good rank and your friend hold plenty of chances to secure a medical seat.
If she belongs to SC or ST or BCA or BCC categories, she have chances to get admission in govt.medical colleges.
If she belong to general or BCD or BCB categories, she have chances to get mostly in private medical colleges under conveyor quota.
