my friend got 23000 rank in eamcet can he get csc or ece in gmr or Anits

You know that the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now going by last years data, with this rank, your friend can expect Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Chemical engineering in GMR Institute of Technology and Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Science. Getting other branches in GMR and ANITS would be difficult. He has chances of getting Electronics ans Communication Engineering in Sree Venkateshwara College of Engineering, G Pullaiah College Engineering college and Technology, Pragati Engineering College etc. But keep in mind that these are based on previous year data and this year it might change. So I would suggest you to use AP EAMCET college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances of getting admission
