my friend got 47 marks in the eamcet which colleges he can get EEE he is from obc category

As per the marks mentioned by you in the question his rank is expected to be in the range of 85 000-90000. But note that this is not your exact rank because it is not yet released and the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.
As the rank Vs marks keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :
** Number of candidates appeared for examination.
** Top score for that particular year.
** Total number of seats available.
And some more factors, therefore his actual rank in TS EAMCET 2021 might vary with slight variations.
