my friend got 71 percentile in jee mains 2020 . she is BCE candidate. is she qualified or not??

Under OBC Category, this year you must score 72.8887969 percentile to get qualified.
With 71 percentile you are not qualified.
You have to cross the cutoff to write JEE Advanced and also to participate in JOSAA counselling.
