My friend got 74%ile with CRL 300000 and ews rank 26300 in jee main.Is he able to get any good government college through JOSAA counselling?

Hi ! It seems hard that he will not get a good government college through Jossa counselling. Well, some third tier nits and third tier IIITS are at your hand, which includes nit Manipur, nit sikkim, nit Jharkhand and nit Meghalaya and that is too also at last round.
