My friend got 8756 air and st rank 31 can he get aiims seat??

According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 24045(ST) and ST Category rank 111 at AIIMS Patna and the ST last rank 31 with AIR 10072 for AIIMS Bhopal.
Well congrats!! Your friend is most likely to get AIIMS Bhopal/Patna.

The cut-off for the mock round in SC category is:-
Overall rank- 33190
Category rank- 216
So your friend has passed both the cut-offs and is hence qualified for the mock round which will be held on 20th June 2019. This mock round is for counseling.
