My friend got 90 marks in jee mains paper-1.He belongs to OBC.Can he get an NIT.

Your friend's score is not upto the mark to get a NIT from OBC category through JEE Mains 2019. Just tell him to go for another examinations and if possible just take a year drop to qualify the JEE Mains examination with a good score next time and get a good NIT.
