My friend got open category rank 8409 and obc rank 2222 in jee main paper 2.. Will he get seat in any iit for b arch?

For that he has to qualify JEE MAINS and give another test call ARCHITECTURE APTITUDE TEST (AAT) . securing a good rank there can get him a seat in IIT'S.
