My friend has filled up the 2021 optional exam but was absent So he got the previous alloted covid scheme marks Can he appear in 2022 improvement exam ??

Hello.
It has been clearly mentioned in the cbse notification for optional exam that those who are absent in this exam, their absence will be marked and they shall be scored based on their previous scores. There has been no mention of getting a chance to appear for the second time next year. So it may not be possible to do so.
