My friend is expecting 520 marks in neet 2019...belongs to bc-c category,Andhra Pradesh...can she get seat in medical college in our state?

Your friend had really scored well and he/she is having 90% chances of getting free seat in govt medical college of Andhra Pradesh and also of Telangana.As you said he/she belongs to bc-c he/she will also get reservation which will help him/her to get free seat.
