Hope you are doing well . See, the cutoffs this year are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. Assuming your friend is a general category candidate,getting a government medical seat for her in Bihar doesn't seem possible because in 2020 the cutoff score for a general category candidate through Bihar State counselling was 610 with a closing AIR of 15,282.

This is also to bring to your notice that from this year there is going to be the conduction of 4 rounds in the All India Quota Counselling for admission into medical and dental colleges. So ,the cutoff score for general category is expected to decrease this year as compared to last year . The cutoff score after mop up round was 611 . So it's expected that cutoff will decrease but may not  go below by a margin of 40 marks-45 marks.

So , it's advised that she/he can try for BDS or other allied sciences courses in which she might even get a government seat .

I hope you are doing well. Firstly congratulations for such a good marks in NEET that is 570 out of 720. According to the marks your rank might be around 4001-4500 which means you have a chance of getting into many UP government medical colleges.

To get admission into a medical college through NEET a candidate needs to score atleast 500 marks or more just to ensure to get admission in a good medical college.

You haven't mentioned the category your friend belong to,

This is important as cut-offs vary among categories, hence I'm assuming it's general in 2019 under 85% state quota, 577 marks secured seat in GMC Bettiah for UR, hence with 570 marks the chances for GMC is bit tough in 2021, however she/he may have chances for private medical colleges such as

• Katihar Medical College, Katihar
• Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa
• Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj
• Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani
• Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram

This prediction is entirely based on previous year data, and as aforementioned cut-offs vary every  year based on various factors such as

• total number of candidates appearing for the exam
• difficulty level of the paper
• top NEET scores
• reservation
• seat matrix, etc..
