Aman, the results have been announced already, so you can ask your friend directly. Considering your friend to be a general category candidate without any physical disabilities, the percentile will be around 98.47-98.67

And other than that you can use our rank and percentile predictor to guess that. But, it will give you only the expected rank and Percentile using scores.

(100- percentile) 869010/100

Here, 869010 is the number of candidates appearing the examination. Also, this is overall rank and we still don't have category specific ranks.
