Hello Aspirant,

No he is not eligible because he got very poor marks as well as very poor rank. He got only 59 % in class 12th CBSE and 31122 rank in josaa. With this there is no any chances to become eligible for josaa councelling. It's better to do graduation from a private colleges and forget about it.

Hello there,

You need to score minimum of 75% in 12th board to  be eligible for jossa counselling. Since your friend has only scored 59% he is not eligible for the counselling process. He can try writing improvement exam or write other entrance examination for colleges which are held every year.
