my frnd failed in inter second year supplementary and she dont that again exam will conduct in march next year though she didn't get application to wright what can she do now? is there any chance to again (inter college jnv yanam)

see its depends on the particular board of education in which she did appear in the supplementary test, if it possible to again write the test then she should apply for it. It would be better if she consult about this with the school authority.
