My frnd got 2500 rank in sc category he scored 18 grand total marks and 70 positive marks can he get iit with this rank but the all india rank is not displayed in the result

See his All India Rank is not displayed there because he must have not qualified for AIQ but he is qualified under SC quota therefore only SC rank is mentioned there.

As the cut-offs keep changing every year and this year also we saw a slight dip in the cut-offs but counselling is yet to be conducted so it would be bit difficult to provide you the exact list of colleges that you can get on the basis of your JEE-Advance rank but yes if we consider the previous year's data and align it with overall cut-offs of this year then we can provide you the list colleges that you can expect on such JEE-Advance rank.
