Yes, she can definitely get admission in DU but not necessarily in north campus. There are many DU colleges in Delhi each of them are equally good. Your friend may need to wait for the later cut offs as the first three cut offs goes very high specially for the general category. She may get the north campus if she waits for the 5th or 6th cut off. But make sure to keep checking the DU site for cut-off updates.

Tell her not to be worried and she can also apply for DU JAT 2019 which will be conducted in june. This way if she is able to score good, she can get a good course and a great DU college. The courses offered by giving DU JAT are bms, bachelor of arts (hns) business economics, bachelor of business administration. All of these courses are really good and highly in demand.

Make sure to fill the applications for colleges other than DU as it is better to take a safer step and depend entirely on one particular university. Apart from DU there is IP university in delhi, amity university, GD Goenka university, etc.
