based on your jee mains rank and last year trends you can definitely get a govt college:
for cse,it,ece you should try north east nits, new iiits and some gftis
in nit you can get lower branch such as
metallurgy in nit bhopal,biochemical,food ,ceramic at nit rourkela,lower branch in nit raipur
