my gate 2019 civil engineering rank is 1999,score 663,,which iits/nits can i expect for mtech in transportation engineering??

With this score you can get the top NIT college not the top IITs but definitely any IITs.

Hey aspirant, congratulations on clearing the GATE 2019 exam.
You have managed to get quite a considerable score in GATE 2019 in civil engineering branch but this score is not good enough to get you into some of the good IITs and NITs if you are a general category candidate.
General category students need to have a score above 700 in order to get admission in transportation engineering in Old IITs and NITs but if you are a reserved category candidate you will definitely be able to get into your preferred IIT.
