my gate 2019 score card is 728 with rank 1527 in EE .Any chances of old IIT or govt. job

For old iits your gate score is slightly low. maxm iits need 800+. and this year ee cutoff was very high. but you can apply iit roorkee , guwahati and patna. here may be a chance to get selected. for orevious year cutoff u can check carrers360 website. and for psu it is very difficult to get a call in 1527 rank. to get a psu u need to rank below 200. as there is a very few seats are available.
