My gate 2019 score is 365 with obc category, can I get admission in any govt College for m-tech or any other solution....?

With this GATE score i don't think you can get any IIT's or NIT's. But if you want then you can opt for state Government Universities like Anna University or Osmania University.
It also depends upon the stream in which you gave the GATE exam.
