My gate 2019 score is 368 so is any chance to get admission in college of engineering pune

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any govt college
like NIT or IIIT At these marks your general rank is 60k and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt
college like NIT IIIT and COE PUNE also. but you can apply for other govt collge of your staes which done M.tech course through state counselling you can take
admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand
