My GATE CS score is 770 and rank is 350. What is more likely for me to get ITTK MS or IITK MTech???

Actually both course have their own advantages. You should watch Ravindrababu ravula sir video for proper guidance.
He is a master is specified CS domain able to provide as much as proper guidance. You should also watch YouTube video by various candidate to specify which is more good.
