my gate marks are 30.32(General category) and score is 384.can i get any NIT or IIT ?

I'm afraid Priyanshu, but the chances of getting into an NIT with that score are almost none for you as you are also from general category.
Also, you didn't mention your branch or course of choice for further studies.
Although in the general terms, you'll have to prepare again for GATE if you really pursue an MTech.
