my gate rank is 13832 and my gate score is 324,marks are 28 cutoff is 27.2 electrical engineering,should I get admission in IIT or NIT or Osmania university

see cutoff score changes every year and it varies with number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream. however at this score you have very less chances for iits. in case you belongs to general category you have very less chances for north east nits. you may try for state government engineering colleges or private institute for m.tech admission.
