My gate rank is 19k ce and I belong to OC category female shall I get the seat in Jntuh or OU

Your rank is not so good.The previous years cutoffs was a little higher unless you are from reserved category. Based on previous years cutoffs you have a thin chance of getting admission to both jntuh and OU.You can apply for other universities too and you should prepare once again for the gate if you wish.
