My Gate Score 2019 is 471 and i am from civil engg. What is the list of iits and nits i shld apply and which are the branches i can get?

If you are from general category, you can't get any NIT'S or IIT'S at this rank.
And don't join any state.
Any suggestion is to reappear next will good preparation.
Doing mtech from a below graded college, it does not make sense, so prepare well.
