My gate score for chemical engineering GATE 2019 is 47.36 and i am of obc category now plz tell can i get into ict mumbai?

I think yes, if you consider the last year or last to last year then it can be as cutoff's for ICT Mumbai will be around 500-800 AIR and considering OBC category there is a chance.
i am not saying there s 100% chance but yes you can try as it is better than IIT's which are outside top 7.
