my gate score is 251(SC CAST) in civil engineering,can i get admission in iit/nit in 2021?

Yes, you can get admission in IIT's / NIT's but note that you may not get the seat in IIT's like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IISC Bangalore because, these colleges have cut-off about 450 or above.
