see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category , stream of engineering and so on. however at this score you have toughest chances for iits. m.tech in aerospace engineering is offered in very few colleges. however you may apply for bits , gitam university, manipal university.
