My gate score is 342 do I eligible to join for m tech in vidyavardaka college

You can. See the GATE cutoff is not specified for the college but GATE qualified candidates are given preference. The eligibility specifies that you can apply if you have qualified in GATE. So please apply as I think you should be able to get a seat. Please write to the college to know more.
