My gate score is 350. Any chance of getting universities in andhra pradesh pgcet councelling .mechanical branch OBC

From the past records it can be seen that the stipend is given to score of above 400+ so I can suggest you that this score might not get you the stipend.
Now the chance of getting Mtech, as the score is less we can say the chances are low even though you are from obc.
What I suggest is to get in to coaching institute prepare well and give the gate
