see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the number of participants, seat matrix, questions difficulty level etc. according to previous years cutoff you have less chances for iits and top nits which ever category you may belongs to. however you may apply for north east nits, nit durgapur, jadavpur university, vit vellore, etc.
