my gate score is 390 cse category sc where can i apply

With this GATE score it will be quite difficult to get into IIT's or even the top NIT's.
Yes, you can apply for the colleges as you must have cleared the cutoff of 19.7 with this GATE score, but it will be quite difficult to get any IIT's
You can the other state Universities or Osmania or Anna University.
