There is fare chance to get into IIT BHU in Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Ceramics, Civil, EE, Metallurgy & Material, Material Science, Petrochemical, Physics, Plastic Engineering, Metallurgy.
If you want to pursue M tech in your core subject try for any lower IITs below IIT BHU. As you can get into it easily.
