My gate score is 407 from ece branch ST category. any chances of getting IIT Guwahati /Kharagpur?

As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc.based on previous year data you have tough chances to fetch seat in IIT kharagpur for ece the cutoff is greater than 500,for ec2 its 483.however you have few chances to fetch seat in IIT guwahati.
