My Gate Score is 422 , CE , OBC Category is there any chances into getting any iits and nits ..?

With this score you can get the an NIT college but not the top IITs.

Based on previous year cutoffs you can get mediocre NITs , chances of fetching seats in IITs and Top NITs seems not possible with this score.
You can get NIT - Hamirpur,etc and other premier institution with your score.
