My gate score is 426 in EC Branch can I apply for MS programs in IIT kanpur

Sorry to say but with this score you can't get IIT kanpur in ec department. You can apply for state government universities like jadavpur,Chandigarh university.If you don't get state government universities then you can apply for private universities like bit SRM kit etc. Best of luck.
