My gate score is 435 OBC in CE paper.can i get any nit?

Yes you can get NIT, based on your score. You can get North East NIT and other newer NIT.
You can get GFTI,CFTI based on your score.

In 2017 nsr round with this score i am getting some nits.Is cutoffs are same in 2019 nsr round as the ce cutoff mark for qualifying is 28.7 for both years 2017 and 2019.
