Hi aspirant
435 is very low to get NITS .You need more than 480 to get decent colleges.
For SC/ST it is more than 450 ,then how you can get in 435.
But still you can wait till last round you may probably get .But chances are very less.
Apply for state engineering colleges/Universities.
