Hello aspirant,
Your chances with Top IITs and NITs are very very less, may get seat in local NITs.And you have chances with government colleges under state government in your corresponding state, also private colleges are applicable.If you have confidence and desire to study in NITs or IITs, go for gate repeat.Hyderabad ACE is the best gate coaching centre.
