GATE 2019:
The GATE exam was organized this year by IIT Madras. The exam was held on February 2,3,9 and 10, 2019. The results and qualifying cut-offs were announced on March 15, 2019. The cut-offs were based on various factors such as the number of students appeared, the difficulty of the exam, the number of seats available, etc.
The qualifying cut-off for Civil this year is 25.4 for the OBC-NCL category. considering that you have obtained this score you are now eligible for admissions into IITs and NITS. Please refer this link for information about the cut-offs - https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff

Based on previous year's cut-off you have a decent chance of getting a seat in IIT Bombay, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Guwahati and IITs ranked below these. You can also try for lower ranked NITs. You have a good chance of getting a seat in good state engineering colleges.
