my gate score is 46.can i get a seat in iit or nit for M tech. pl. suggest?

Hey Brother,
You forgot to specify your M.Tech branch (CS,ECE,EE,ME,CE etc.)
I think you got 46 marks out of 100 in GATE Exam . Gate score is calculated from 1000.
Please specify your GATE branch
