My gate score is 480 . I belong to open category. My gate rank 8 k. Is there any chance of getting niits.

Congratulations on your GATE score first of all! With this score, you can expect new NITs or you can wait for the last rounds of counseling in old NITs though chances are less.
You can even apply for other CFTIs or top state government colleges.
