Well, first of all congratulations for qualifying GATE. If it was your first attempt then you did well.
Now coming to your query. Well at this score its half chance of getting a good college that to for EE if you want to persue your masters in a specific domain. Because subjects like Power System and Power Electronics are the most popular and hence there cutoff goes very high. You can try interdisciplinary subjects in NITs and IITs and if you are interested in research work you can try MS programs in NITs and IITs.
You can get the newly setup NITs among which most of them are situated in north east part i.e. assam, arunachal etc. And you can also check previous year cutoff of different discipline on web and plan accordingly.
One last shot that you might have if you are really lucky is Spot Rounds organised by NITs and IITs.
