MY GATE SCORE IS 533(ce) obc in 2019 any chance for psu?

Sorry to say , but with this score it is difficult to get PSUs.
PSU s take very high scores.
But you have chances to get Mtech in NITS and new IITs.
If you aim for PSUs ,you can give a try next year.
With such good score this year it wont be difficult for you to score better next year.
